Trial entry forms can be downloaded here then submitted via email.
Alternately you can send them by snail-mail as long as they arrive before the due date.
- Download the PDF to your computer and save
- Open the file then edit with your entry details
- Save
- Attach to email >>>>>@<<<<<.com
